We do not charge a set-up fee or admin fee. We believe in our platform and you pay for the active houses you use on a month to month basis.

Whilst we do our upmost to visit all our users and support them directly face to face where possible and availability allows. We also have extensive online documentation & live support for a quicker response.

Our training is available online and comes at no extra cost.

We take system & data storage very seriously, we implement from the user all the way up to servers the highest levels of security and precautions to protect, users, and data. All data is secure and above and beyond the requirements set to protect data within the industry.

You have several options at your fingertips, you have 24/7 access to our detailed help documents, support tickets with quick turn around to offer fast responses. We have also a dedicated WhatsApp support as well as a dedicated team in house to support with you over the phone (subject to opening hours)

The simple answer to this is we allow you to add multiple users to an existing house, so you will be charged the base service price for the house, and any additional YP's you need to add can be added from your management account and will incur a small additional charge per Active YP, allowing you to control your costs.

With registering with YRIS we sign up all new users to a 12 month contract. Where prices are fixed and we can fully support you as a business.

The Team at YRIS works hard to put together detailed and in depth forms that allow you as a business to record the necessary data to go above an beyond in your care and provide the evidence required to relevant authority bodies. You should always ensure you are meeting the exacting standards set.

We work hard to make our system as dynamic as possible as we understand businesses are run differently, but if you would like to discuss a unique feature our team would be happy to discuss development & costings involved. We as a business aim to support our community of users and we maintain pricing holds as long as the market allows and we aim to be competitive and affordable for everyone from single house businesses to large multi site users, we do review our pricing annually internally and IF there is any changes we communicate this accordingly.
